You can order vaccines for all locations pick-ups in one of the following ways:

Temperature logs: vaccine temperature logs, must be included.

Fax Orders

If you prefer to fax your order instead of ordering online or by email/phone:

• For Peterborough office pick-ups: Fax: 705-743-2897

• To confirm receipt or for assistance: 1-844-575-4567

• The first pick-up date (October 9) is for high-risk individuals only.
• The first shipment will be an auto-shipment — no order form required.
• You will receive approximately 50% of the doses administered last season.
• For subsequent orders, submit a Seasonal Vaccine Order Form and temperature logs with each order.

Use the Online Order form to request doses for:

• COVID-19 vaccine
• Older Adult RSV vaccine
• Infant RSV vaccine

Lindsay Office

Pick-up hours: Thursdays, 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and 1:30–4:00 p.m.

Pick-up dates 2025:

• November 13 – Regular & Seasonal Vaccines
• November 20 – Seasonal Vaccines
• November 27 – Regular & Seasonal Vaccines
• December 11 – Regular & Seasonal Vaccines

Holiday Hours: Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Peterborough Office

Pick-up hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:45 a.m.–4:25 p.m. 

*Orders must be submitted at least 5 business days before your planned pick-up date.

Holiday Hours: Open Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

Port Hope Office
