The Health Systems Strategist is responsible for advancing coordinated, integrated health system initiatives across programs, partners and health and social service sectors.
Working within an equity-informed approach the incumbent will support organizational priorities by strengthening relationships with internal and external health system partners, leading strategic initiatives and improving alignment across services to enhance population health outcomes.
The Financial Analyst is primarily accountable to the Manager, Finance and Facilities and will work closely with members of the Finance Team to ensure the efficient operation of an effective financial management system in keeping with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), in accordance with Board of Health policies and the Ontario Public Health Standards.
